EXPERIENCE - I have been selling real estate on a full-time basis since May of 1975, 43 years. I have experienced many and various market and financial changes since 1975. The price of a good starter house was $20,000 and interest rates were 9% back then. Interest rates have gone up to 18% and back down to under 6%.
